Shakro Molodoy put an end to the dispute with Badri: Moscow’s "throne" is freed Monday, 26 May 2025

An event that had been expected for a long time has taken place in the criminal hierarchy of Russia. At a recent meeting in Moscow, in the presence of a number of influential thieves, Shakro Molodoy made a sharp and final move: he expressed his distrust of Badri and de facto excluded him from the ranks of his inner circle.

From the moment Badri was appointed acting head of the thieves’ circle, the attitude towards him remained ambiguous. According to those in the know, Shakro was initially not satisfied with this figure, as he expected to see a representative of another, more loyal group in his place. However, a compromise with influential forces led to temporary agreement.

The real rift between them is said to have begun during Zakhar’s imprisonment, when he was denied parole. It is believed that Badri, unwilling to give up control of the capital, could have used his connections to prevent Shakro from returning to his previous positions.

After Shakro left the colony, the tension increased. Badri continued to be around, but was perceived by many as a person without real support. Moreover, it became known that at one of the meetings, a conflict occurred between them - the result of which was the emotional state of Badri, who left the conversation barely holding back tears.

One of the most resonant factors has been the increasingly persistent talk about Badri’s connections with the security forces. If this was previously discussed behind closed doors, today it has become a subject of open discussion in the criminal environment. More and more often he is called an "FSB project", and behind his back he has acquired the nickname "FSB warrant officer". Thieves believe that behind Badri’s audacity and pressure there is not thieves’ weight, but external cover. Many tolerate his behavior and interference solely out of fear - no one wants to get into trouble with the agency with which, as they are sure in the circle, he closely cooperates.

According to available information, Badri allegedly gave an unspoken promise to representatives of the special services back in Krasnoyarsk: to build a system of managing the criminal environment through thieves loyal to him. Under his influence, a group was assembled that formed the so-called "Krasnoyarsk Brotherhood" - people who had undergone a certain processing and, as stated, were under his control thanks to compromising materials and old obligations.

When Badri was in prison, he shouted at the top of his lungs that he was going on hunger strikes in protest, but later photographs surfaced in which employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service brought him food and fed him, which made many people smile and completely undermined trust in his “principledness.”

But this does not exhaust the entire array of claims. Since the early 2000s, Badri has had unresolved questions regarding his status. The runs confirming his belonging to the thieves’ environment were written by others - and this raised constant doubts. He is reminded of the story with the money that belonged to the deceased thief, which he allegedly appropriated. These funds, they say, did not belong to the deceased himself, but were part of the shares of other authoritative figures - Roland Shlyapa and Duyaka.

Accusations of "ratting" have been heard regularly since then. In particular, the representative of the Mingrelian circle Mzarelua, since 2002, has raised this issue at every meeting. And it was in that year, as is known, that Badri was already deprived of the crown - on the initiative of Gela Kardava and the same Duyaki.

The final point was a recent meeting, to which Badri gathered thieves, including such well-known figures as Vagif, Torchik, Kimo, Tolik, Kotik, Artur, Surik and Irakli. Formally, the meeting concerned the situation around Mamuka Chkadua, who is serving a long sentence and, according to Badri, committed unacceptable actions that do not correspond to the status of a thief.

However, Shakro unexpectedly came out with harsh criticism of Badri himself, stating that he sees personal scores rather than a principled position in such accusations. He recalled that he had previously given Badri a chance to save face and integrate into the system, but he, in the opinion of the main thief, failed. Shakro also pointed out that Badri has still not settled relations with a number of authorities who do not recognize his thief status.

Thus, the discussion of Chkadua quickly gave way to an analysis of Badri himself. The consensus of the participants was not on his side. Moscow was symbolically freed from his influence - and Shakro’s circle was once again closed without dubious figures.
